Shipping/Logistics: Improved Billing Cycle. Analyzed new implementation of in-cab technology for gaps, and improved document management. Developed and improved client-facing scorecards and metrics.
Insurance: Reduced development and implementation cost, and improve ROI of Enterprise Service Bus Architecture. Implemented new PMO Software, Templates and Training. Staffed new Business Analysis team, then assisted in the development of several hundred use-cases representing all department operational practices and systems usage. Provided analysis and selection of vendor for $20MM replacement of 30 year old technology and processes.
Staffing: Reduce Sales Team administrative activities, improved back-office operational effectiveness, and increase sales revenue and retention.
Banking: Analyzed and recommended and/or initiated changes to Cash Management processes and systems for Client On-boarding, Account Opening, Card Services, Deferred Billing, Deposit Escrow, Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts (IOLTA), Lockbox, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and Wire Transfers.
